just had dinner just now, a freaking mac dinner...lol. initial plan we were going to selarang, sussex garden. this old kampong,country feel kinda house to have a BBQ with my father's ex-colleagues. its was kinda nice i must say. the host's husband was a Caucasian, and dammit. he is like the nicest one i have see so far. apparently he likes living in malaysia and once lived in Ipoh for 17years. says he love the country feel. (he's an engineer btw, what engineer likes country life? so opposite of their job culture la) and well his wife is the opposite. opposites attract? :D well, anyway, all the food was cooked by him to! and i helped of course. haha. i tell you all a secret la even if you all dont want to believe it. im a total major help in my house ever since my maid went back. since my elder bro is in army and younger bro is well.....young... so the chores all i have to help. and i discovered something. i love........to cook! its nothing shocking actually. but one day i hope to cook something for chean pin. maybe for all of you too!:D course when i cook i find it so interesting and relaxing. dont know la, thats just me. well anyway, back to story. the husband cooks the best pork man. he season the pork meat for like a day with just simple salt and vinegar from sri lanka(special salt and vinegar? :S) and then grill it just now. after that took so many photos la. its kinda both quirky and cool to see your own parents like feeling young again. the way they act and all. well almost all the adults were more or less quite drunk. while i was just drinking my Bailey's creme caramel 17percent alcohol. my mother was like dont drink! and my dad went, nvm la! just let him drink la! so i was laughing like hell there. after that. the host took out this 6-7kg whole salmon to grill. wth! so nice smell la! already like grilling finish already(took 45mins btw) and can smell the lime juices and all so nice hor. and i had to go....wth right...must rush back go fetch my younger bro from him dance performance. aiyah! so thats why i ate mac. all in all, quite a fun night. so who cares....

tmr going KL for a week to celebrate christmas liao. so dont sms me, cause i wont reply. unless on msn. i try to post some photos bah i hope. :D stay tuned!!nights all!
